Summer Summary 2016
Well what a year and another busy summer has quickly passed with a wide and diverse range of events.
Having just finished providing full production for the Jack Rocks stage at Leeds Fest which was a huge success and widely named the ‘best stage’ by
festival goers, we are now gearing up for a busy autumn season of theatre productions and corporate events. This year also saw us win the contract
to provide the concert lighting rig for Leeds City Council and their Summer Series Stage, a two-week long event with musical styles from rock to classical opera.
Other work included lighting, sound and stage equipment for various theatre productions including Betty Blue Eyes, Little Mighty Theatre and LAS Theatres ‘The Astronomers Story.
We’ve also seen an increase in dry hires this year again proving that our attention to detail and quality of equipment is in demand.
Again this last year has seen further investments in equipment including another eighteen ‘white’ moving heads to further expand our stock of fixtures.
These are ideal for parties and corporate events where the fixtures are as much a part of the design concept. More battery LED fixtures have been added too including the
Chauvet Freedom Pars, EZpins and EZwashes and most recently Prolights Smarttube32.
Again this year are proud to be sponsoring Jack Goff in the British Touring Car Championship, this year driving for BMW and WSR along with IHG Rewards.
It’s great again to be behind Jack and also a part of such a great team, on and off the track. We have also kept our relationship going too with the Triple Eight and the
MG boys, providing technical equipment for Q&A sessions and also the MG Motors exhibition. Staying connected with motor sport we are also proud to be working with the guys at
Mission Motor Sport again this year with The Race of Remembrance. Along with our friends at AC Entertainment Technologies we provided full production for the event
last November in Anglesey and are returning again this year for hopefully another fantastic and dry event!
Of course you can keep up to date with this and all our work by joining us on Facebook and Twitter.
